Installation Guide

Before Installation

• Check all glass panels, profiles and hardware against the packing list
• Verify wall and floor dimensions against the shop drawings
• Prepare tools: drill, level, screwdriver, silicone gun and measuring tape

Standard Installation Steps

• Mark profile positions with a level and confirm vertical alignment
• Fix wall profiles and brackets, then apply waterproof silicone
• Install the glass panels and secure them with the clamps
• Fit hinges, handles and magnetic strips, then adjust the door gap
• Test door movement and sealing, then clean the glass surface

Technical Notes

• Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled after production, so all dimensions must be confirmed before installation
• Use neutral silicone for sealing to protect hardware finishes
• Keep the protective film on the glass until site work is finished
